Essential Qualification & Experience:
A graduate in any discipline, preferably social sciences, or related to Human Resource development with at least of 2 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
To assist Nodal Officer / Program Coordinator in sheduling training events in coordination with SACS / NACO. To prepare and dispatch nomination letters for participants like email id phone number, office and residential address etc. for record participants purpose and provision of feedback to participants, to supervise the supprot staff in getting the traning material photocopied and distribution to the participants, coordinating with the resource persons / faculty about the assigned sessions / in advance and confirming with them on penultimate day of session to make arrangements for hands on training / visits like intimatingt the relevant service areas in advance and on the day of visit, to supervise the support staff in making training hall arrengements like setting-up of AVaids, to supervise the support staff for the provision of facilities like supply of potable drinking water, cleanliness in toilets and timely provision of food/ refreshments to the trainees, to coodinate and supervise lodging facilities for the participants, to maintain an inventory of training suppliers and distribution to the trainees and ordering of required supplies in consultation with Nodal Officer / Program Coordinator and to collate and secure the completed form, to assist Nodal Officer / Program Coordinator in analyzing the forms and provide timely feedback form evaluation to perticipants and SCAS / NACO, assigning Nodal Officer in sending reports, to prepare and submit SOEs in the prescribed formate to NACO / SACS along with the original bills of the trainees, to have a follow-up contact with participants on the matters as directed by Program Officer, communication with SACS and NACO for financial approvals and arrangements, and other administrative guidelines on training issues & to perform other realistic assignments as assigned by Nodal Officer for training in the training institution under NARI-BJMC Consortium, Pune.
