Srl. No. 1. Professor (Non-Medical): 1. Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master Degree in the discipline/allied
subject. 2. A doctorate degree/Ph.D in the concerned discipline from recognized university. Experience
:14 years teaching/research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the doctorate degree.
Out of which at least 3 years experience at Addl. Professor level or 6 years at Associate Professor
level.Desirable: Research and published work in indexed journals.Age :50 years.
Srl. No. 2 & 3 - Associate Professor (Medical) : 1.A Medical qualification included in the I or II scheduled
or part II of the III schedule to the IMC Act of 1956. 2.A Postgraduate qualification eg. MD/MS or a recognized
qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. and /or M.Ch. for surgical and D.M. for
medical superspecialities or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Experience: 06 years
teaching/research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying
degree of MD/MS or 4 years after obtaining M.Ch/D.M. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Out of
which at least 3 years teaching experience at Assistant Professor level. Desirable:Research and published work
in Indexed Journals. Age:- 45 years

Demand Draft of Rs.250/- (for *) and Rs.150/- (for **) in favour of Director, IHBAS. For OBC
candidates, the OBC certificate must have been issued by the competent authority of Govt. of NCT of
Delhi. Relaxation can be allowed in the prescribed period of the experience in essential qualification for direct
recruitment for SC/ST candidates as per DOPT order in case adequate response has not been received. IHBAS
