Qualification and Experience:-
Chief General Manager (Finance): - Essential: - The candidate should be CA/MBA (Finance) with appropriate post qualification experience of minimum 15 years.
General Manager (Information Technology): - Essential: - The candidate should be graduate engineer in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with post qualification experience of minimum 10 years in IT Company or in an Infrastructure Company dealing with IT Projects of nature like ERP, Interconnectivity and Office Automation.
General Manager (Civil): - Essential: - The candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering with appropriate minimum post qualification experience of 20 years in field working, quality control, monitoring, supervision, project preparation, contracts, capable to handle consultants, etc.
General Manager (PPP): - (i) Essential: - The candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering with appropriate minimum post qualification experience of 20 years in field working, quality control, monitoring, supervision, project preparation, contracts, capable to handle consultants, etc. including minimum 3 years experience on PPP projects. (ii) Desirable: - Candidate having qualification of CFA/ICWA, having experience of Risk Management work will be preferred.
General Manager (HR): - Essential: - The candidate should be MBA with HR with post qualification experience of minimum 20 years in general administration and office procedure.
General Manager (Electrical/Mechanical): - Essential: - The candidate should be graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with appropriate minimum post qualification experience of 20 years in field working, quality control, monitoring, supervision., etc.
Company Secretary: - (i) Essential: - The candidate should be ACS with appropriate minimum 10 years experience, should have Company Secretary’s qualification. (ii) Desirable: - The candidate having working experience of corporation, reputed firm/Company will be preferred.
Project Manager: - (i) Essential: - The candidate should be graduate in Civil Engineering with appropriate minimum 12 years experience of field working for construction and supervision of Roads/Bridges/Buildings and other Infrastructure projects, preparation of DPRs, Quality Control etc. (ii) Desirable: - The candidate having Project management Qualification/MCA will be preferred.
Senior Resident Engineer: - (i) Essential: - The candidate should be graduate in Civil Engineering with appropriate minimum post qualification experience of 7 years of construction of Roads/Bridges/Buildings, preparation of DPRs etc. (ii) Desirable:- The candidate having experience of supervision of individual project of Rs. Twenty Five Crore and more will be preferred.
Manager (Information Technology): - Essential: - The candidate should be graduate engineer in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with post qualification experience of minimum 03 years in IT company or in an Infrastructure company dealing with IT Projects of nature like ERP, Interconnectivity and Office Automation.
Accounts Officer: - (i) Essential: - The candidate should be M.Com or PGDBA with finance stream and with at least 3 years relevant post qualification experience regarding corporate working. (ii) Desirable: - The candidate having experience/knowledge in established software of Finance and Accounts will be preferred.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Only one application from a candidate will be entertained. Please apply for the highest post that suits your qualification and experience. Relaxation in terms of upper age limit of 5 years is admissible to SC candidates as per the policy of the Uttarakhand Government and for Ex-Serviceman the relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible as per GOI rules. Horizontal reservation for the above advertised posts will be applicable as per the policies of the Uttarakhand Government. Experience of working in IT enabled/Computer environment is essential for all the above posts. USIDCL will not be responsible for application lost in transit. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Only short listed candidates will be invited for interview. No correspondence or enquiry (written or personal) will be entertained in this regard. The number of posts may increase or decrease. The above said posts have all India liability. Application found incomplete in any respect shall be summarily rejected. Any lobbying/canvassing would disqualify the candidate. Initially the contract/deputation period is for three years but can be reduced or extended as per requirement of the Corporation. Candidates possessing desirable qualifications or even higher qualification will be given preference. Candidate serving Government/Quasi Government Department/Organisation/Undertaking will be required to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. It will be the responsibility of the candidate applying for contract post to arrange for his/her lien with the parent organisation. Age as on 01.01.2009 should not be more than 57 years for the post at Sl. No. 1, 50 years for the post at Sl No. 2 to 7 for contract or deputation, 40 years for the post at Sl. No. 8 and 35 years for the post at Sl. No. 9 to 11 for contract and 50 years for deputation. 5% annual increase of the salary will be admissible depending upon performance of selected candidate on contract. Other perks will be admissible as per USIDCL rules. Allowance and pay protection to candidates on deputation shall be given as per present rules/regulations of the State Government. There is possibility of implementation of 6th Pay Commission recommendation benefits. Minimum post qualification experience requirement will be determined as on the last date for receiving application i.e. 15.05.2009. Permission from Election Commission has been obtained.
