Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of Posts of
8 Associate Professors, 21 Assistant Professors / Lecturers, 18 Sr. Residents,
20 Intensive Care unit Medical Officers in the Grade & Rank of Sr. Residents, 28
Casuality Medical Officers, 1 Speech Therapist, 2 Audiologists, 2 Psychiatry
Social Workers in Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, Bangalore.
Last date for receiving application: is 20-07-2009. The details of the
qualifications & experience of posts, details of posts to be filled, etc. and
application forms may be downloaded from the Institute website
www.bmcalumni.com and www.karunadu.gov.in/bmcri and the duly
filled in application shall be submitted as per MCI norms (visit website
http://www.mciindia.org/know/rules/teachers.htm) to this Institute directly or
through post along with relevant attested documents, 2 passport size photographs
& DD of Rs. 500/- drawn in the favour of Director-cum-Dean, Bangalore
Medical College & Research Institute, Bangalore. Eligibility age criteria will be
decided as per C & R Rules of Karnataka Health & Family Planning Services
(Collegiate Branch) Recruitment Rules, 1967.
As the reservation classification of the State Government is strictly followed while
filling up of these posts, the applicant seeking reservation shall submit their recent
caste validity certificate, Caste-cum-Income Validity Certificate along with their
application forms.
The date for conducting interview in respect of eligible and suitable candidate will
be intimated to the concerned through post as well as through the website afore
cited.

Walk in interview is arranged to fill up 16 posts of tutors & 40 posts of
Jr. Residents on a consolidated salary of Rs.15,000 p.m. initially for a period of
11 months. The minimum qualification prescribed for these posts is MBBS Degree
from a recognized University. Candidates possessing post graduates Diploma with
MBBS qualification are eligible for special allowance of Rs.5,000 per month in
addition to the consolidated salary.
Candidates interested are required to submit their application duly filled in and
register their names on 15-07-2009 by producing all their original Marks cards,
Degree / PG Diploma Certificate, KMC registration Certificate, along with the prof
of Date of birth, caste certificate, and appear for walk in interview in the first
floor of Examination Hall of Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute,
Bangalore on 16-07-2009 between 11 AM to 4 PM
