Age Relaxation: By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
By 3 years for OBC candidates, subject to submission of certificate, in the prescribed
format, issued on or after 01/04/2009, showing their “Creamy Layer” status.
Candidates belonging to OBC category, but coming in the “Creamy Layer” will not
be entitled for age relaxation.

5. Certificate of Registration issued by Indian Medical Council.
6. Caste /Community Certificate issued by Competent Authority in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
7. NOC from present Employer, if already employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies.
