Principal:
Essential Qualifications: A. Educational
i. Master’s Degree from recognised University with 50% marks in aggregate.
ii. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching degree.
B. Experience I Persons holding analogous post; or posts of Principals in
the grade of Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade PayRs. 6600/-; OR
ii. Vice Principals with 6 years experience as such. ; OR
iii. Persons holding group ‘B’ posts or the posts of PGTs or Lecturer equivalent with at
least 10’ years’ regular service at the a fore said post.
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
Master’s Degree from a recognized University with 50% marks in the Appling subject with B.Ed
Physical Education Teacher:
Bachelor Degree in Physical Education OR Diploma in Physical Education after
University Degree OR BPEd. OR equivalent qualification
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) –
Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject(s)
Primary Teacher
Graduate with English as one of the Optional/ Elective Subject with ETT/
JBT or B.Ed. However, preference shall be given to Graduate with ETT/JBT.
Librarian:
University Degree in Library Science OR Graduate with one year Diploma in Library
Science from a recognized Institution
Drawing Teacher
Five year’s recognized Diploma in Drawing and Painting / Sculpture Graphic Art. OR
Four year’s Diploma in fine Arts and Crafts from Viswa Bharati, Shanti Niketan.
OR
Diploma in Fine Arts from Govt. School of Arts and Crafts, Patna.
OR
M. A. in Drawing and Painting from Agra University, Agra.
OR
Equivalent recognize Degree.
OR
A. Ed. Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts from Regional College of Education.
Clerk/ Data Entry Operator
Graduation and Working Knowledge of Punjabi as
well as typing speed of 30 WPM in English and Punjabi

1. The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site www.cdacmohali.in. from 8.1.2010
to 28.01.2010 up to 5:00 PM. Application Fee Rs. 250/- for General Category and Rs. 125/- for
Scheduled Caste Candidate in the Name of Sate Project Director, RMSA in Saving Account No.
65076743127 [Application Fee Account] with any branches of STATE BANK OF PATIALA
across Punjab or Chandigarh.
2. Applicant will have to submit the following documents for verification at the time of counseling:
(a) Date of Birth (b) Educational Qualifications (c) Professional Qualification (d) Details of
Marks (e) Experience Certificate (f) Proof of Punjabi (Those who have not passed punjabi
in Matriculation shall have to pass within one year) (g) Latest residence proof (h) Proof of
Category to which the candidate belongs (as per the latest Punjab Government reservation
policy) (i) Two Passport size photographs. (h) Bank receipt as a proof of deposit of the
application fee.
3. How to Apply Online
(i) The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site www.cdacmohali.in from 8-1-2010
to 28.01.2010 up to 5:00 p.m. and generate his/her application number. Once his/her
application number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form, paste recent
photograph on it and get it attested from a notary or a Gazetted officer. This allotted
registration number slip will be used as identification slip at the time of written test,
interview and also counseling, if called for. Candidates need not send any
application/Documents by Post.
(ii) Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip
containing the details.
(iii) Thereafter the candidate shall have to report to the designated banker (State Bank of Patiala)
alongwith the downloaded Acknowledgement Slip Fee Challan for depositing the fee.
(iv) In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee, his/her application shall stand automatically
cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing.
(v) Candidates may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application for each post
along with separate processing fee.
(vi) For any problem help can be taken from the help line no. 0172-2237052 available during working
hours.
(vii) Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in
person will not be entertained.
(viii) Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in website regularly.
(ix) Candidate having been called for counseling will not confer any right to appointment.
