Qualification:Sl.no.1: (Executive Director (E&M)
B.E./B.Tech. or AMIE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineeringfrom a recognized
Institutes/University. MBA will be an advantage.
Experience: 22 years experience in Power Sector with at
least 15 years in Hydro Power Projects in thefield of Commissioning,
operation &maintenance, RMU & techno commercialaspects
of hydro power projects with Govt.owned utilities or other large & reputed
hydropower project development organizations with
minimum 03 years at GM or equivalent levelin the pre-revised
CDA scale of Rs. 18400-500-.22400 or pre-revised IDA Scale of Rs.20500-26500.
Qualification:Sl.no.2: B.E./BTech. Or AMIE inCivil Engineering from arecognized
Institutes/University. MBAwill be an advantage.
Experience:
22 years experience in Power Sector with atleast 15 years in Hydro
Power Projects in thefield of Investigation, Planning, Design, DPRPreparation,
Liaison with various agencies forclearances, Construction of
Dams/Barrages,Tunnels, techno commercial aspects of hydro
power projects with Govt. owned utilities orother large & reputed
hydro power projectdevelopment organizations with minimum 03years at
GM or equivalent level in the prerevised
CDA scale of Rs. 18400-500-.22400or pre-revised IDA Scale of Rs. 20500-26500
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of
Interview from the short listed eligible candidates.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Hands on working experience in a computerized environment is essential.
2. The candidate must possess fair knowledge of usages of spoken and
written Hindi and
English.
3. Other things being equal, preference will be given to persons having experience of working
in Uttarakhand.
4. The candidates serving in Central/State Government Deptt./Public Sector Undertaking shall
be required to submit their application through proper channel or produce NOC at the time
of interview, which will also incorporate that there is no vigilance/disciplinary case
pending or under contemplation against the individual.
5. UJVNL will not be responsible for applications lost in transit/Postal delays. No

6. Applications found incomplete in any respect shall be summarily rejected.
7. Any lobbying/canvassing would disqualify the candidates.
8. Mere fulfilling the job specifications shall not entitle a candidate for being called for

10. Any legal proceeding in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this
advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Dehradun
and the Courts/Tribunal/Forum at Dehradun only shall have the sole and exclusive
jurisdiction to try such cause/dispute.
